Article 1 – Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales of products made by the company ISOLELLA SASU (hereinafter "the Seller") to any consumer (hereinafter "the Client") placing an order on the website isolellathelabel.com.
Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the day the order is placed.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are dresses and clothing described on the isolellathelabel.com website. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
The Seller strives to represent the products as faithfully as possible, particularly with regard to colors. However, slight variations may exist depending on the Client's screen display settings.
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In the event of unavailability of a product after the order has been placed, the Client will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible and may obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be payable. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Article 5 – Order
Placing an order on isolellathelabel.com follows these steps:
– Product selection and addition to cart
– Checking the contents of the cart
– Entering delivery information
– Choosing the payment method
– Reviewing and validating the order ("double click")
– Order confirmation by e-mail
The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt by the Client of the order confirmation e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Client, non-payment of a previous order, or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Orders are paid online, securely, using the following payment methods:
– Credit card (via Stripe)
– PayPal
– Shopify Payments
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Transactions are secured by current encryption protocols. The Seller does not store any banking data related to the Client.
In case of payment failure or proven fraud, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the Client will be informed by e-mail.
Article 7 – Delivery
7.1 Delivery Area
The Seller delivers to mainland France and internationally. Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of order and vary according to the destination and selected carrier.
7.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only when ordering. In case of delay attributable to the carrier, the Seller cannot be held responsible. If the delay exceeds thirty (30) days from the order date, the Client may request cancellation of their order and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.
7.3 Receipt of Order
Upon receipt of the package, the Client is required to check the condition of the delivered products. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing or defective product) must be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail to contact@isolellathelabel.com.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
8.2 Exercise Modalities
To exercise this right, the Client must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw by e-mail to contact@isolellathelabel.com, before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period. The Client must then return the products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags) as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days following notification of their withdrawal.
8.3 Return Costs
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Client, regardless of the destination (France or international).
8.4 Refund
The Seller will refund the amount of the order (excluding initial delivery costs) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as that used when placing the order.
8.5 International Exchanges
Product exchanges are possible for clients in France and internationally. For clients located outside mainland France, the re-shipping costs for the new product are the sole responsibility of the Client. These costs will be communicated by the Seller before shipment and must be paid prior to re-shipment.
Article 9 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or for products unsealed by the Client that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
All products sold on isolellathelabel.com benefit from the following legal guarantees:
– Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery
– Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code)
In the event of non-conformity of a product, the Client may request its repair, replacement or, if these solutions prove impossible or disproportionate, a refund. The Client is exempt from having to prove the existence of the lack of conformity for twenty-four (24) months following the delivery of the goods.
Article 11 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services or transport means, flood or fire.
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the internet, including service interruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 12 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for its processing and is intended for ISOLELLA SASU. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act, the Client has a right to access, rectify, delete and port their data.
To exercise these rights, the Client may send a request to: contact@isolellathelabel.com. Data will never be transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes without the Client's prior consent.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the isolellathelabel.com site (texts, photographs, visuals, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of ISOLELLA SASU or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, total or partial, of these elements is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Seller.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to first contact Isolella's customer service at contact@isolellathelabel.com to find an amicable solution.
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator will be provided upon request.
Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to the application of these GTC will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, in accordance with French law.
Article 15 – Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. For clients residing in a member state of the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions provided by the law of their country of residence remain applicable.
