All our orders are carefully prepared in Paris within 2 to 3 working days after your order has been confirmed.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive your tracking number by email to track your delivery in real time.
Shipping is free for all orders over €170. Below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at the time of order based on your delivery address.
Metropolitan France

— Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
Europe
— Carrier: Chronopost
— Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
International
— Carrier: DHL
— Delivery time: 5 to 7 working days after dispatch
The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on periods of high activity or any logistical unforeseen events beyond our control.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item if it does not suit you.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
— Unworn and unwashed
— In its original condition, with all its labels
— Carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport
How to proceed?
1. Send us an email to contact@isolellathelabel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 working hours.
3. Ship the item to the address that will be provided to you by email.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of your geographical area. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. Isolella cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the item, you will be refunded the amount of your order (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to availability.
— France: reshipment costs for the new item are free.
— Europe & International: reshipment costs are at the customer's expense. These will be communicated to you before shipping and must be paid prior to dispatch.
